Refund Policy

Dynamic Notch costs €14.99 once. If it does not do what this site says it does, you should not be left holding it.

The 14-day guarantee

Within 14 days of your purchase you can ask for a full refund, and you will get it. That includes simply changing your mind: this is a €14.99 app, and arguing about it would cost us both more than it is worth.

Do write to us first if something is broken — most problems are solved in a couple of messages, and the most common one of all is not a defect at all, see below — but a refund is never conditional on letting us try.

Before you ask, check the macOS version

Dynamic Notch requires macOS 26.4 or later. On anything older it will not launch. This is by far the most frequent reason for a refund request, and it takes ten seconds to rule out: › About This Mac.

When a refund is not given

• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
• The licence key has been shared or published, in breach of the Terms.

How to ask

Write to dynamicnotchapp@gmail.com with your order number. Because Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, an approved refund is issued through them and lands back on your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
